Brooke County
The County Museum strives to preserve and present Brooke County from 1797 to the present. Located beside the Old Wharf, the museum is housed in an original 1974 Tavern, which once provided lodging for many early river boat travelers. Artifacts representing industry, early education and pioneer life are displayed.
