West Virginia 2003

    The Institute for Public Affairs and the Eberly Collge of Arts and Sciences are proud co-sponsors of "West Virginia 2003" an on-campus speakers' series that focuses on topics of interest to West Virginia's state and local government officials. The speakers' series is administered by Dr. Susan Hunter, Associate Professor of Political Science. Dr. Hunter is a specialist in political theory, public policy design and evaluation, and environmental and energy policy. She has also been a keen observer of West Virginia's politics and governance for many years.
