Local Government Leadership Academy Graduation Ceremony
The 2006 Graduates
Forty-eight certificates were awarded at the West Virginia University's Local Government Leadership Academy's Spring 2006 Session held at the Radisson at Waterfront Place in Morgantown on April 22 and 23, 2006.
The "Certificate of Highest Merit" is the Local Government Leadership Academy's newest and highest certificate. It signifies that the recipient has successfully completed the Academy's six core workshops and at least twenty-four elective workshops. Typically, this award takes a minimum of four years to complete.
