Local Government Leadership Academy Graduation Ceremony

The 2003 Graduates

Sixty-seven certificates were awarded at the West Virginia University's Local Government Leadership Academy's Spring 2003 Session held at the Ramada Inn Hotel and Conference Center in Morgantown on April 12th and 13th.

The "Certificate of Distinction"

is the Local Government Leadership Academy's highest certificate. It signifies that the recipient has successfully completed the Academy's six core workshops and at least twelve elective workshops.
