2002 Local Government Leadership Academy Graduation Ceremony

The 2002 Graduates

The following 30 local government officials were awarded the "Certificate of Achievement" at the West Virginia University's Local Government Leadership Academy's Spring 2002 Session held at the Ramada Inn Hotel and Conference Center in Morgantown on April 20th and 21st. The "Certificate of Achievement" signifies that the recipient has successfully completed the Academy's six core workshops and at least four elective workshops.
