The people in the video are: Paul Labys, his wife Jennifer Ritterhouse,
Walter Labys, Jane Labys, and me (not fully pictured - the camera man, and the hand that mixes).
Paul brings in the Liquid Nitrogen, and being to make a Vanilla ice cream mix.
With the base completed - Paul adds in the Vanilla extract and then after moving over to the sink he pours in the liquid nitrogen - while I stir. It gets to be too cold for my hand, so Paul armed with a heavy glove finishes stiring
and mixing in the liquid nitrogen.
Jennifer takes a taste of the ice cream.
