In past years WVU has represented such Latin American countries as Panama, Jamaica, Paraguay.... This class is taught as a full three credit course that intensively prepares student delegates on the organization of the OAS and the country's foreign policy positions as they are related to hemispheric affairs. The delegation spends a full week in Washington, D.C. interacting with delegations from throughout the Western Hemisphere. Model Organization of American States Model OAS at West Virginia University
